4. Production process
- Potato washing and peeling machine: washing and peeling potato at
- Potato cutting machine: can cut the slice and stick shape, and the
size of the thickness can be adjusted according to the customer's
demand from 2-10mm.
- Blanching machine: do rinsing and color protection of the potato
- Dehydrator: Remove extra water of the potato chips.
- Fryer: has exact temperature of the oil, can make the potato chips
- Oil removing machine: remove extra oil.
- Automatic seasoning machine: seasoning the potato chips evenly.
- Vacuum package machine: vacuum packing, can avoid break of the
